Chart notes
SPECIAL SESSION broke awkwardly and in tight, checked early on the first turn altering out, settled after that toward the rear, advanced between foes steadily early on the far turn, moved out five wide coming to the top of the stretch, rallied strongly and surged late to get up. ASHLEY'S ARCHER was lightly bumped into a rival at the start, quickly moved forward shifting in heading to the first turn, ceded the lead and switched out to stalk three wide, advanced willingly on the far turn making a bid nearing the quarter pole, took the lead and moved clear in upper stretch coming out a bit near the eighth pole, was just collared late. ENGLISH ACTOR bumped a rival lightly in the early going, stalked outside three to four wide, came out under urging near the eighth pole, kept on late but needed more. FABER was in tight along the rail early on the first turn, settled near the back, switched out up the backstretch, advanced four to five wide into and on the far turn coming out six wide for the drive, evened out in the lane. LUCKY GUEST broke outwardly lightly bumping a rival, was in turn bumped heading into the first turn, stalked two to three wide, settled between foes at points, went evenly throughout. MALDINI settled at the back three to four wide, passed some tired foes. THORNBURY pursued from mid-pack mostly two wide, failed to threaten. MAP'S A BREEZE was bumped and stumbled at the start, was caught four wide into the first turn, brought up the rear, was encouraged along about the half, was never a factor. BLANCO sped forward outside and clear, shifted in to the two path setting the pace up the backstretch, was challenged late on the far turn, gave way. GOTME GOOD tracked in behind the leaders from inside saving ground, was asked to keep up three furlongs out but had no response.
