Chart notes
VIVA LA DIVA away alertly and raced to the lead while saving ground at the rail entering the first turn, controlled the pace in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, maintained her advantage into the lane, and drew off in the lane to prove much the best. WHY NOTS A WYNNER was bumped and took up soon after the start, before shifting off the inside and racing into a tracking trip three wide entering the backside, rallied one out from the rail entering the final turn, and closed two wide in the drive to hold on for the place. ANOTHER LAST DANCE stalked the pacesetter in the run down the backside while racing two out from the rail, continued to chase the leader two wide entering the final turn, and continued determinedly five wide in the drive to garner a share in a solid effort. BABY I'M A STAR broke in at the start, bumping with WHY NOTS A WYNNER, and trailed the field into the first turn while saving ground, advanced from along the inside midway down the backstretch, rallied along the inside entering the final turn, but was unable to mount a serious late bid. BRODYS SOUVENIR broke sharply and chased the pacesetter into the first turn, was unable to match strides with that rival leaving the turn, and raced a bit erratic from between rivals in a tracking trip entering the backside, dropped back to trail entering the final turn, and had little to offer late.
