Chart notes
MOR FORCE broke well, took the lead briefly then backed off, came under a drive from the three-furlong pole, was under strong handling in the stretch, split horses late and surged in the final yards, and was up in the last jump. MR MO MONEY pressed the pace from between horses, then was left to duel GOLDEN MANE through the turn, had a narrow advantage at the top of the stretch, and finished determinedly in a three-way battle down the stretch and just missed. SEIZETHEDAYDUDE got impeded by GOLDEN MANE at the start, then was outpaced early, moved up four wide into the turn, pulled even with the leaders at the quarter pole, battled gamely down the stretch but could not finish the job and was passed in the shadow of the wire. TWO GOOD OLD GUYS missed the break, chased down the backstretch, angled out to the three path to make a three to four wide bid on the turn, came into the stretch still with a lot to do, raced greenly but managed to improve. GOLDEN MANE broke inward at the start and completely wiped out SEIZETHEDAYDUDE, vied three-wide early, put a head in front going into the turn, battled gamely between a pair of rivals before giving way in upper stretch. UNLAWFUL was under a drive after an awkward start and outfinished. REAUX BAN DA MAN away in good order, advanced from mid-pack to be in contention approaching the three-furlong pole, then retreated and struggled to keep up late. PAROLE DRAMA showed good speed from he inside, then became boxed in and dropped to last on the turn, tried to rally up the rail but was outrun in the late stages.
