EVERYONE NOS WENDY was off a beat slow then rushed up to take the lead, had a pair of rivals pressing the issue to the outside, held sway through the turn under confident handling, opened up in the stretch, and kept a determined WEST CODE MISCHIEF at bay under strong handling. WEST CODE MISCHIEF broke well and was between horses contesting the early pace, went on with EVERYONE NOS WENDY through the turn, keeping constant pressure to the outside, chased determinedly when that rival slipped away in upper stretch, was gradually closing the gap approaching the finish but came up short. LUCY'S HALO got pinballed at the start, chased mid-pack under a drive, went five-wide into the stretch, produced a steady finish and gained the third spot in the final yards. TIZABELLARINA ducked out at the start, bumped and impeded EURPURDY, tracked five-wide with the second flight, advanced under a drive from the five-sixteenths marker, finished well but came up short. CAMAN UP ducked out at the start, causing a chain reaction to the outside, then hustled to join the early pace battle, was not quick enough to engage, settled in a tracking position, bid four wide into the stretch, angled in a couple of paths in mid-stretch, and finished evenly in a battle for the third spot. GOSPEL CESS broke on top, vied four-wide down the backstretch, went into a stiff drive with three furlongs to run, loomed three wide at the top of the stretch, but flattened out while racing on the wrong lead through the stretch. LET'SGOJLO broke with the pack and was in a steady retreat after a furlong. GOSPEL COZY was impeded by CAMAN UP at the break, took up and was off poorly, moved up a couple of spots down the backstretch, took an inside path through the turn, steadied slightly near the three-furlong pole, lugged in turning for home, and faltered. EURPURDY was bumped hard at the break by TIZABELLA and forced to the outside path, went into a drive to regain contact with the field but caught three-wide, made a mild three-to-five wide bid late on the turn but could not sustain the run through the stretch. OSAGE EXPRESS hit the left side of the gate on exit the brushed with LUCY'S HALO, was being coaxed along to keep up early but went backward through the field down the backstretch, made a mild advance on the turn, but could not sustain the bid and had little to offer in the stretch. QUEENS MARINE broke awkwardly after being crowded just after the break, raced in the middle of the pack to the inside and lacked a finish.
