Chart notes
HAZARD PAY broke alertly to take command from the gate, opened a clear lead on a fast pace, widened turning for home and held on late while weakeneing in deep stretch. BUCCHINI tracked the leader from the rail through the turn, angled out four wide for the drive and steadily cut into the winner's margin down the lane. SHE HAD A SECRET unhurried to race near the rear of the field, split rivals turning for home while commencing a rally, angled to the inside and was gaining late. ON RESERVE raced mid-pack to contend at the top of the lane and lacked a closing kick in the stretch finishing evenly. JASMINES WORLD stalked the leader from three wide through the turn and faded in the lane. SIP'N' SPEED broke a bit tardy giving the field several lengths, raced up the rail down the backside into contention and flattened out having been used up. MARDENE trailed in the early going, mounted a brief bid circling five wide on the turn and dropped to the back coming home.
