Chart notes
DAZZLING DAME was away well, then moved up through the first turn to join MISS CALL on the lead down the backstretch, dueled two-deep with that rival to the far turn, then put a head in front passing the five-sixteenths marker then was challenged immediately by JUMPING THE GUN, dueled that latter rival into the stretch, gained a clear advantage in the final furlong and pulled clear in the final yards. JUMPING THE GUN tracked the pace three-wide, traveling well, went after the dueling leaders approaching the five-sixteenths marker, then dueled with DAZZLING DAME to deep stretch, gave way late but finished clear of the next horse. MISS CALL had good speed from the start, established the front under a hold, then was joined by DAZZLING DAME down the backstretch, held inside position through the far turn, weakened a bit near the quarter pole but kept on to hold the third spot just ahead of a late bid from an outside rival. TWO BITS stumbled coming out of the gate, then raced three-wide in the middle of the field, broke away from the tracking group to chase the top three into the stretch, finished up well trying to chase down a tiring MISS CALL for third, but came up short in the effort. MISS FULTON GAL was not asked for speed from the break, settled up close along the rail through the first turn, then raced mid-pack down the backstretch, came under a ride approaching the three-furlong pole but did not quicken, then went evenly to the finish. SAVOR IT was allowed to settle from the break, then steadied slightly into the first turn, raced in cover down the backstretch, came under a ride passing the three-furlong pole, but did not respond. PATTY'S GIRL raced three-wide at the back after the start, started a mild three-wide rally into the far turn, but did not sustain the bid into the stretch. GO MISCHIEVOUS settled along the rail not far behind the leaders, started to lose ground after going a half-mile and was unable to keep pace in the later stages. DAKOTA CAM got off to an awkward start, settled near the back of the field early, and never fired.
