Chart notes
IMA MOM settled inside with the tracking group, took up sharply approaching the quarter pole, then re-bid under strong handling, split horses just past the sixteenth pole, and got a head in front in the final yards. HAUT LES COEURS was allowed to settle and not asked for speed in the early stages, steadily advanced down the backstretch, then launched a bid in earnest passing the three-furlong pole, swept to the lead approaching the stretch, but came up a bit short in a blanket finish. TOASTMASTER was away well, ceded the front to runaway leader FACTISIMFLASHY, raced at the head of the main pack through the early stages, was sent along heading into the far turn to go after that one with several in close pursuit, kept on gamely under steady handling, but came up short in the end. LATE NITE LIZZIE was the distant trailer to the far turn, then rallied late to improve. OUR LAST SONG tracked three wide in the second flight, loomed to upper stretch, then had trouble keeping a straight course in the later stages. FACTISIMFLASHY was sent to the front from the break, opened up a big lead down the backstretch, started to weaken on the far turn, was overtaken before the quarter pole, then had nothing left for the stretch run, was dismounted after the finish, vetted, and transported from the course in the equine ambulance. GREY MARKET raced four-wide throughout and lacked a finish. LADY LALA steadied in traffic late on the first turn, dropped far behind going into the turn, was unable to threaten, was dismounted after pulling up after the finish, vetted, and given a ride off the track in the equine ambulance. LITTLE SISTER SUE raced near the back, made a mild five-wide bid on the far turn, then stopped in the stretch.
