Chart notes
MIA'S GO ducked out at the start, then settled two-wide some distance behind the runaway leader, launched a bid midway through the turn, chased that one down the stretch, then took the lead with a sixteenth to go and went clear to win by a comfortable margin. PUPIL sprinted away to a clear early lead, turned into the stretch still well in front of the rest, started to tire inside the furlong grounds, was overtaken by the winner passing the sixteenth marker, but held second well clear of the rest. JOHNNY LIES tracked near the back, well behind the pace, came four-wide into the stretch but was unable to threaten. ESSENTIAL WILD CAT broke slow, then lost the path and was slow into stride, came five-wide into the stretch, and ran on some late but was unable to improve. LIL RED BEAUDETTE tracked inside well behind the runaway leader, dropped off the pace on the turn and was not a factor in the stretch.
