Chart notes
LAFITTE'S FLEET unhurried in the early stages, roused three wide to the far turn, rallied four wide to upper stretch, sustained his rally to the final sixteenth, took command in deep stretch and edged away late to prove best. BO'S BOURBON sent for the early lead, assumed command and set the pace along the backstretch run, dictated terms into the turn then was set down into upper stretch, held a clear lead to the final sixteenth, got overtaken by the winner in the late stages and bested the rest. EDDIEMUSH settled off of the early pace and saved ground into the turn, chased from the inside into upper stretch, closed between foes into the final sixteenth and was along in time for third. JOKING WAY close up to the early pace, stalked from the inside into the turn, got caught a bit in tight while behind the pacesetter nearing the top of the lane, chased BO'S BOURBON to the furlong grounds, was outkicked into the final sixteenth, weakened late and was outfinished for third. SWING OIL settled off of the early pace, trailed to the quarter pole, swung four to five wide to upper stretch, needed more in the late stages but improved position in deep stretch. SIR MI TOLEE away in good order, ceded the early lead and stalked the pace between rivals along the backstretch, chased between foes and two wide into the turn, could not find more nearing the furlong grounds and gave way in the late stages. HAZEDNCONFUSED tracked the early pace from outside of rivals, chased three to four wide into the turn, could not keep pace to upper stretch and tired in the drive.
