Chart notes
WHAT DOES IT TAKE gained the early lead, was challenged up the backstretch run, took over without being asked at the three-eighths pole, drew off on the far turn and prevailed under steady hand urging. MAKABIM settled well, commenced a four wide bid on the far turn and stayed on in the stretch. SIR CUPID saved ground, was angled three wide into the stretch and kept on. GUNS N' ROJAS chased the embattled pacesetters up the backstretch run, was urged on the far turn and came up empty. MARTINI MARTIN was never involved. BULLET BREEZE broke outwardly, was rushed up around the first turn to challenge for the lead, led during the backstretch run and faltered when brushed aside on the far turn.
