Chart notes
GRESHAM'S LAW went to the front then showed the way with a clear advantage, was asked while inside on the turn, spun off the rail into the stretch then came under a right-handed crop, switched to a left-handed crop near the sixteenth-pole, drifted out some late and held under steady urging. MIDNIGHT BLUE chased the pace on the outside, went around the turn in the four then three path, moved out in pursuit of the winner in the stretch and finished willingly to safely secure the place. VIVIENNA broke out at the start, was urged along on the outside, moved in late on the backstretch, dropped from the three path to the inside on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive and lacked the needed response while best of the rest. JUST ONE MORE was hustled from the gate, dropped back while urged along, went around most of the turn in the two path then shifted to the three path, spun into the stretch in the four path, drifted out around the furlong marker and lacked the needed response. DREAMY GIRL was hustled from the gate, showed speed then chased the pace, went around the turn in the three then two path, switched out to the four path while dropping back into upper stretch and came up empty. ROCKET ROBIN was hustled from the gate then urged along off the pace, came out leaving the backstretch, rounded the turn in the four then five path, turned into the stretch in the six path and failed to threaten.
