Chart notes
CHUN MONEY settled through early stages, picked up the pace late on the turn, hustled along three wide into upper stretch and got up late. BATTLE PASS POSSE broke on top then pressed the early pace, vied around the turn, shook free near mid-stretch, fought on gamely and got denied in final strides. HASTY FLYER set a pressured pace, vied around the turn, fought back to mid-stretch then gave way. SALTHAWK raced off the pace, saved ground into the lane and improved position without threatening the top trio. SAND PAYNTER was unhurried, swung five paths wide into upper stretch and lacked a rally. CAUTION CARDINAL tracked the early pace, failed to advance when prompted and weakened in the lane. MENDELLO was ridden along off the early pace, came two wide into the lane and had no late response.
