Chart notes
GIFT EXCHANGE pulled along the inside while stalking the leader, tipped out three wide on the turn to take command nearing the quarter pole and drew off in upper stretch. PANCHO SLIPS AWAY sped to the early lead opening a clear advantage down the backstretch, had no answer for the winner when challenged turning for home and ran-on willingly to hold the place. NOBLE STAR reserved near the back of the field to midway on the bend and mounted a mild rally when called upon to be best of the rest. AROUET broke a step slow, steadied steps away from the gate when hole closed in front of him, made an early move five wide into contention down the backstretch and flattened out finishing evenly. OH' WHAT A DAY was not a threat. NOBLE SOUL flashed brief speed to prompt the pace and gave way at the quarter pole.
