Chart notes
OCEAN WINDOWS broke alertly then ceded the early lead, tracked the loose leader along the backstretch and gained ground on SO FAR SO GOOD into the turn, swung to the three path to upper stretch and vied for the lead at the furlong pole, dueled while on the left lead into the final sixteenth, held a narrow lead into deep stretch then dug in to prevail over the stubborn runner-up. SO FAR SO GOOD hustled to take early command, sprinted clear along the backstretch then dictated terms to the turn, carved out a solid pace while off of the rail nearing the quarter pole, met the bid of OCEAN WINDOWS into upper stretch, stubbornly battled past the furlong grounds, was outfinished in deep stretch and bested the rest. RYE SMILE hopped and broke in at the start and was last away from the gate, settled in the early stages, advanced while saving ground into the turn then kept an inside path to the stretch, couldn't find more to the final sixteenth but held clearly in the end for third. AADYA rated off of the early pace, raced widest along the backstretch then ran in pursuit from the two to three path into the turn, angled to the four to five path to upper stretch and gained at the furlong marker, lacked a final response and finished evenly. STAY FAITHFUL a bit slow away from the gate, lacked early speed then trailed into the turn, saved ground to the quarter pole, kept an inside path to the stretch and gained approaching the furlong marker, finished evenly in the late stages and failed to threaten.
