Chart notes
MODERN MISS sent for the early lead, showed good speed while dictating terms along the backstretch, kicked clear into the turn, raced in hand to upper stretch, drew off while kept to task through the lane, was ridden out late and won as much the best. VANESSA'S WISH allowed to settle, coaxed four wide to upper stretch, was no match for the winner into the lane, stayed on late and was best of the rest. QUEENOFALLMYDREAMS off a bit slow to begin then unhurried in the early stages, saved ground to the quarter marker and kept an inside path to the stretch, was outkicked for the place honors but was well clear in the end for the show. JESSE JANE close up to the early pace, tracked from the inside along the backstretch, ran in pursuit into the turn then lost ground to MODERN MISS nearing the quarter pole, swung to the two path to upper stretch, couldn't find more at the furlong pole and weakened in the drive. WORKIN THE ROOM vied for the early lead from between rivals, ceded to MODERN MISS then chased the pace two wide to the turn, lacked the needed response nearing the quarter marker, stopped into upper stretch, eased through the lane and walked off.
