Chart notes
ISADORA DUNCAN (IRE) unhurried early to be at the rear of the compact field, raced three wide tucked in behind rivals into the turn, waited patiently on the bend behind the front-running trio searching for an opening, angled five wide circling when no opening was presented and confidently drove past the leader in the final sixteenth. CALL ME BABE stalked the pace from four wide to the far turn, edged up on the bend to engage the leaders, took command turning for home, opened a clear lead in mid-stretch and was outfinished late settling for second best. CANTORA pressed the pace for a half mile, vied on the lead from three wide taking a short lead approaching the quarter pole, was no match for the top pair in the lane and ran-on willingly to take the show. TIME ON THE RUN set the pace under constant pressure for three-quarters, dueled to the head of the stretch and weakened coming home. DECEIVING DIVA tracked the leaders from the inside to be well placed into the final turn and failed to respond while tiring.
