Chart notes
CAJUN CAVIAR broke with the leaders, took control soon after, dueled into the turn closest to the inside, disposed of that rival entering the stretch, kicked clear and then showed good resolve to maintain daylight to the wire while kept to pressure. NOLA QUEEN in the second flight along the inside, raced in the two path to the lane behind the leaders, moved back to the inside, proved determined for the runner up spot while unable to get to the winner in the late going. BAR CAR sent early, dueled outside the winner for a half, yielded to that rival nearing the furlong grounds, outkicked late for the second spot. ROMANTIC RUMOR in the second flight while between horses, steered out to be three wide into the stretch, set down, lacked a closing punch while remaining out in the strip. COPPER KEY broke through the gate prior to the start, broke sharp, fell back to race in the second flight outside, floated out to the four path turning into the stretch, also went one paced to the wire in failing to muster a closing kick. COPY THIS raced back off the early pace toward the inside, two path through the turn, was also found lacking when the real running began at the head of the lane. LOUISIANA SIS broke out, lacked speed while off the inside, three wide trip through the turn, failed to menace down the lane. BAYOU BADDIE floated out at the start, raced back off the pace well out in the strip, four wide into the turn, five wide exiting, did not rally. CLASSY G in mid pack outside, four wide through the turn, tired in the drive. ROSIE'S GETAWAY fell back to trail after the start, dropped to the inside through the turn, saved ground to no avail in remaining back.
