Chart notes
ZIPPIN SEVENZ stalked the pace early then pushed to the front nearing the quarter pole, responded on the front end late and held. CHATTY LEROYBROWN had good speed, led to the backstretch then was overtaken by the winner, pressed that one to the stretch and dug in to hold the place. COIFFEUR chased the top two, was two wide to the stretch and closed steadily. SOCIAL STATUS was outsprinted for three furlongs, offered a bid three wide leaving the quarter pole and was also making up ground belatedly. MONARCA DE ORO chased for a half mile then gave way. DANDY DAY had no speed and was never a factor.'. BELLS AND WHISTLES also had no speed and stopped after a half mile.
