Chart notes
GOODIE GOOMER unhurried in the early going to be the trailer in a very compact field, rallied in mid-stretch splitting rivals from four wide to surge and get up in the final stride in a determined drive. POINT LIAM tracked the leaders to the top of the lane, lacked racing room in upper stretch while full of run, angled to the inside nearing the sixteenth pole and rallied well when clear to just miss. TIZ BIG MONEY set the pace under pressure through the turn, edged clear in upper stretch, battled in the final furlong and was overtaken in the final strides in a game effort. REELED IN reserved off the pace to midway on the turn to race near the rear of the field and finished willingly with a rally in the lane while unable to gain on the top trio. MACKENZIE'S NOVVA pressed the pace down the backstretch, closed to engage the leader midway on the turn, failed to get passed and flattened out in the final furlong. COUSIN ED stalked the leaders to midway on the turn and lacked a closing response weakening in the stretch.
