Chart notes
JIMMY THE HAT stalked the fast pace from afar down the backside, closed the gap on the final turn as the pacesetters weakened, assumed command turning for home and drew off though the lane. FORTUNE SELLER pressed the fast pace to the far turn, took command on the bend and weakened through the lane running-on valiantly to hold the place. READY TO FLY reserved off the pace for a half, narrowed the margin on the far turn and came home mildly to be best of the rest. EXTRASEXYBIGDADDEE was not a threat. HAPPYISASHAPPYDOES set a very fast pace for a half mile dueling for the lead and faltered nearing the quarter pole to drop from contention.
