Chart notes
JUST RUTHLESS reserved along the rail in mid-pack down the backside under patient handling, improved on the far turn closing the gap, looked for racing room at the top of the lane, split rivals three wide in upper stretch to challenge the leader and pulled away convincingly in the final furlong. FANTASTICAL tracked the leaders from four wide down the backstretch, rallied on the far turn to take command midway around the bend, vied at the head of the pack as several rallied to be six across the track turning for home, battled to maintain the lead midway down the lane, could not match the winner in the final furlong but ran-on willingly to hold the place. PRINCESS ATTITUDE stalked the pace racing in tandem from the inside with the runner-up, followed that one's move on the final bend to loom in upper stretch five wide and ran-on in the lane with good interest while unable to pass for the place. KEEPTHEDREAMALIVE was unhurried to be the trailer in the strung out field, remained near the rear to the top of the lane and found best stride late with a belated bid to be gaining in the final furlong. SHESHIMAINTENANCE raced in mid-pack throughout lacking a late closing kick when prominent eight wide turning for home. DOMINO VITALI rated in mid-field racing just to the outside of the eventual winner down the backstretch, rallied nearing the quarter pole to contention, was fanned wide turning for home and flattened out in the lane. SOUPER WILLIWAW pressed the pace from three wide down the backside, rallied to engage the leader midway on the turn, could not keep pace with the winner on the bend and gave way in upper stretch. MAKE THE BOYS WINK was one-paced never posing a threat. CAIROSA set the pace under steady pressure to the three-eighths, had no answer when challenged on the final turn and came up empty dropping to the rear turning for home.
