Chart notes
PEACE MISSION broke just a bit awkwardly, soon led from between foes edging clear to set the pace, held way while kept to the task. FLATTER FOR CAT was forwardly-positioned tracking inside, proved no match for the winner but held the place. HOT GYAL MOSSOP settled mid-pack inside, moved out past the five-eighths, advanced on the turn, came into upper stretch four to five wide, ran on to get up for show. CHINOOK stalked the eventual winner from outside into and on the turn, lacked the needed late kick. HURRICANE POINT broke outwardly, settled well back, fanned six wide into upper stretch, rallied strongly but too late. LONGTIMERUNNING broke a step slowly, lacked early speed, saved ground, kept on inside. STILETTO VIXEN raced a bit off the rail, was never near enough to threaten. BENKA appeared to brush the gate and the inside rival at the start, made a mild advance outside foes three to four wide on the turn but failed to rally. RAINBOW TRAIL chased from outside foes mid-pack, dropped back and faded in the lane. ME AND ME chased from mid-pack, steadily dropped back inside foes on the turn, faded.
