Chart notes
NEW ISSUE reserved off the pace in mid-pack for three-quarters, rallied nearing the quarter pole with a steady advance and was along late to be going away at the wire. SILENT DIVA prompted the pace to the far turn, rallied steadily to assume command in mid-stretch and was outfinished late in the lane. FLOAT AWAY set the pace on a clear, well rated lead to midway on the turn, battled to mid-stretch and could not last in the final furlong. XERCES tracked the leaders to be well placed turning for home and lacked a closing response finishing evenly. UPPITY UP was one-paced failing to menace. NELIDA trailed most of the way and was never a threat. ITS SATISFACTUAL raced near the rear of the field through the first turn, moved up into contention midway on the far turn and flattened out. CURLS NITE OUT was through early dropping to the rear, was galloped in when hopelessly beaten and walked off.
